- Our chiropractor gives you the opportunity to ask any questions
Step 3
If suitable to do so:
- Your chiropractor will take you through your first adjustment
Chiropractic Check / Adjustment
Follow-up appointment for existing practice members. 15 minute appointment.
Subsequent visits will be in accordance with your specific needs and recommended care plan. Your chiropractor will continually assess your response to care and the effectiveness of your care plan and tailor things if needed.
Each visit will involve the chiropractor checking your muscle strength, mobility and leg length findings using various analysis systems, to determine which areas of your spine require adjusting on the day. They will then make specific corrections to the alignment, movement and neurological function of the identified areas, before checking again to ensure the desired result has been achieved.

Techniques we Use

Full-Spine Adjusting
Gentle, specific adjustments to improve alignment and functional changes in the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine.

Thompson Technique
We use a thorough analysis system, assessing leg length changes, to indicate when and where adjustments are required.

Upper Cervical Specific
The upper cervical spine is the most neurologically dense section of the spine. We use specific techniques to analyse and correct this region.
