Welcome to Tring Chiropractic. We are dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic and wellness care. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking an appointment or receiving treatment at our clinic. By scheduling an appointment or receiving care, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1) Nature of Chiropractic Care

Informed Consent & Care Plan: Chiropractic care typically involves spinal adjustments and lifestyle advice. Prior to starting care, your chiropractor will discuss a recommended care plan with you.
No Guarantee of Results: While chiropractic care has helped many patients manage pain and improve mobility, the human body is complex, and individual responses to care vary. Therefore, Tring Chiropractic and its practitioners make no guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding specific clinical outcomes, cure, or relief from symptoms.
Risks of Care: As with any healthcare intervention, chiropractic adjustments carry potential risks, including but not limited to temporary muscle soreness, stiffness, or rare instances of more serious complications. Your practitioner will explain these risks during your initial consultation.

2) Appointments, Scheduling & Punctuality

Arrival: Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, parking can get busy and unfortunately cause delays.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will always try to accommodate you the best we can. Please try to give us notice if you are due to be more than 5 minutes late. In certain events, and at your discretion, your session may need to be shortened to respect the schedules of subsequent practice members.
Notice Period: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3) Fees, Billing & Payment

Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, contactless payments and Google/Apple Pay (excluding American Express)
Visit Packages: We offer a selection of payment packages to make the cost of care more affordable. These are not contractual and you are entitled to a refund of any unused credit, should you require. Refunds will not be given for visits that have already been attended
Insurance: If your treatment is covered by private health insurance, please check your policy details prior to your visit. Depending on your provider, you may be required to pay upfront and claim reimbursement yourself. You remain fully responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance provider

4) Practice Member Responsibilities

Medical History Disclosure: You agree to provide a complete, accurate, and truthful medical history, including any previous surgeries, current medications, ongoing medical conditions, or changes in your health status.
Following Recommendations: For the best possible results, clients are expected to follow home-care instructions, ergonomic advice, and exercise recommendations provided by their chiropractor.
Respectful Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other practice members. Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave and may be discharged from the practice immediately.

5) Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All personal health information, intake forms, and clinical notes are handled in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR / HIPAA). For more information, please review our separate Privacy Policy.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tring Chiropractic, its owners, practitioners, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your treatment, except in cases of proven professional negligence.

7) Changes to Terms & Policies

We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply to all future appointments and care.

Acknowledgement & Consent

By booking an appointment with Tring Chiropractic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the acknowledgment that no guarantees have been made regarding the results of your chiropractic care.
